Learn about Made to Order Products

Made to Order items are clearly marked on the product detail page of our website. If an item is marked as Made to Order then it cannot be returned or exchanged. When ordering a Made to Order item customers are committing to the manufacture of an item to their specific requirements of size, colour, finish etc. When confirming a Made to Order item, the customer agrees that the following points are understood and have been checked:

- That the fabric, finish, colour etc. of the item is what the customer wants and has signed off. If unsure we can supply samples for customers to try and test in their own home.

- That the size of the item is correct and fits in the space for where it is intended.

- That any technical details such as dimming protocols or any other specific customisations are understood and agreed. 

- That there will be no access issues. That the item will fit through any door, up stairs etc.

Once a Made to Order item has been ordered and the order confirmed with our supplier it will not be possible to cancel the order. Within 7 days of placing your order we will do our very best to cancel an order if you have second thoughts. After 7 days, Made to Order items cannot be cancelled.

Made to order orders cannot be cancelled if there are delays with manufacture, delivery delays or if the customer is unhappy with the quality of an item on delivery. If there is a quality issue we will work with the manufacturer to fix the delivered item or supply a new one. If supplying a new one the customer can keep and use the original one supplied until the replacement is delivered.
