The Mater garden furniture collection focuses on simple outdoor pieces made with careful attention to materials and responsible production. Known for its approach to sustainable design, Mater works with natural and recycled materials to create furniture that is built to last outdoors.
The range includes outdoor tables, chairs and benches designed for gardens, terraces and patios. The shapes are straightforward and practical, making the furniture easy to place in different settings without feeling overly styled. Solid wood, recycled materials and durable finishes are used throughout the collection, helping the pieces stand up to regular outdoor use while ageing naturally over time.
Many of the designs are created in collaboration with well known designers such as Space Copenhagen and Todd Bracher. Their work with Mater often focuses on reducing waste, using responsibly sourced materials and rethinking how furniture is produced.
The result is outdoor furniture that feels honest and considered. Each piece is made with long term use in mind, offering a practical way to furnish outdoor spaces while keeping material impact lower wherever possible.
