Design House Stockholm Greenhouse

The Greenhouse by Design House Stockholm creates a contained space for plants within the home, designed as a small indoor structure that brings a sense of a garden into more compact living environments. It sits between functional growing space and sculptural object, offering a defined place for nature indoors.

Constructed from lacquered solid ash with panels of toughened glass, the frame has an architectural clarity that gives it presence without feeling heavy. A galvanised metal tray forms the base for planting, while the timber structure provides stability and a strong visual outline that allows it to stand freely as a feature within a room.

Designed for both display and use, the hinged sections can be held open when tending to plants, making it practical as well as considered in form. The Greenhouse brings structure to indoor planting while remaining flexible in use, functioning as both a working environment for greenery and a quiet focal point in contemporary interiors.
