Fritz Hansen Selandia Garden Armchair

The Fritz Hansen Selandia Garden Armchair brings a refined and relaxed character to outdoor seating, combining soft curves with a distinctly Nordic expression. Designed in collaboration with Danish architects Anders and Lars Hegelund, the chair carries subtle French influences that evoke long, easy evenings outdoors, while maintaining a clean and balanced Scandinavian aesthetic.

Crafted from 100% FSC-certified teak, the chair is designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. Its gently curved form offers a supportive seating position, while the foldable construction allows it to be stored compactly when not in use. Attention to detail is evident throughout, with neatly aligned slotted screws reinforcing the sense of considered craftsmanship.

For added comfort, a tailored Selandia Cushion is available, designed to fit securely with ties and made from a durable, weatherproof fabric. The quick-dry foam allows water and air to pass through while maintaining a firm and supportive feel, ensuring long-term performance in outdoor conditions. Over time, the teak will naturally patinate, developing a soft silver-grey tone that enhances its character and individuality.
