The Graypants Sconce 30 is part of the Roest collection, a series that celebrates the quiet beauty of natural transformation. Designed by VanJoost and handcrafted in Holland, the collection embraces the organic reaction between iron, oxygen, water and time. Rather than concealing this process, the design highlights it, allowing each piece to develop its own distinctive character through natural oxidation.

The result is a lighting object defined by understated simplicity and rich surface texture. The rusted steel finish creates a palette of warm, earthy tones that shift subtly across the surface, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike. This honest material expression gives the sconce a calm, sculptural presence that sits comfortably within both contemporary and industrial-inspired interiors.

Minimal in form yet expressive in material, the Graypants Sconce 30 introduces a natural patina that continues to evolve over time. Its combination of handcrafted production and organic finish makes it a distinctive wall light that adds depth, warmth and quiet character to interior spaces.
