GUBI Bestlite BL1 Table Lamp | Holloways of Ludlow

The acclaimed Bestlite BL1 table lamp is as iconic today as it was almost 100 years ago. Held in permanent collections at both the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Design Museum in London, the light was conceived by English designer Robert Dudley Best in 1930 and is loved by designers, architects and design aficionados alike, counting Winston Churchill among its many famous users.

The Bestlite collection was heavily influenced by Bauhaus aesthetics and has been kept true to its industrial roots and original design throughout almost a century of constant production. Refined and sophisticated, the lamp is also highly adjustable - the lamps arm can be bent and rotated, its height can be adjusted by sliding the arm up and down the pole and its lampshade can be moved to direct a pleasant, welcoming illumination wherever you require it.

An iconic and incredibly versatile choice, the Bestlite BL1 table lamp is ideal for side tables, desks, sideboards and bedside tables all over your home. Available in a range of sleek metallic finishes.
