HAY Layout Armchair 262 with 4 Star Swivel Wheel Base

The HAY Layout Chair 262 by Julien Renault is designed for adaptable use across work and home environments. The opening in the backrest gives the chair a lighter visual presence while supporting comfort and natural movement when seated.

This version features a plywood seat that adds warmth and contrast to the recycled plastic shell. The four star aluminium swivel arc base with castors allows smooth movement and easy repositioning, making it suitable for desks, meeting areas and shared workspaces. All components are designed to be fully disassembled to support repair and refurbishment over time.

The shell is made from a minimum of 96% post-consumer recycled plastic and is available in a wide range of colours. The plywood seat is offered in several finishes, making the Layout Chair 262 a durable and adaptable seating solution for professional and domestic settings.
