The medium HAY Traverse Garden Dining Set, designed by Erwan Bouroullec, brings together durable outdoor construction with a calm, architectural aesthetic. Created to sit naturally within gardens, terraces and shared outdoor spaces, the collection balances clean aluminium frames with the warmth of natural timber. Its restrained design language and thoughtful proportions give the set a relaxed, contemporary presence that feels equally suited to everyday dining or informal gatherings.

This set pairs the 140cm Traverse Garden Table with four Traverse Garden Dining Chairs, creating a comfortable arrangement for outdoor meals with family or friends. Each piece features a robust die-cast aluminium frame combined with slatted seats in heat-treated ash, offering both strength and a welcoming tactile quality. Over time, the ash wood will naturally patinate, gradually developing a softer silvery tone as it responds to the elements, an intentional part of the design that adds character as the furniture ages outdoors.

Practical, durable and visually balanced, the medium HAY Traverse Garden Dining Set provides a refined yet relaxed setting for outdoor dining. Designed to weather beautifully and remain comfortable through changing seasons, it’s an easy way to create a considered and inviting outdoor space.
