Kartell Componibili Smile Cabinet

Originally designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri in 1968, the Componibili made waves in the world of design with its revolutionary moulded plastic cylinder and functional lines. Representing the spirit of the 1960s, this iconic piece became a symbol of a new society that embraced accessibility, practicality, and modularity. The Componibili quickly gained popularity due to its extreme functionality and adaptability.

Whether used as a bedside table in the bedroom, an end table in the living room, a small storage module in the bathroom or kitchen, or even a stool when needed, it effortlessly fulfills multiple needs. The "Smile" version's outdoor suitability and cheeky kid expression make it a delightful addition to a child's bedroom, adding a touch of whimsy to any space. With a legacy spanning over half a century, the Componibili has become a true design classic, earning numerous accolades and exhibitions at prestigious institutions like the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Experience the joy and charm of the Kartell Componibili Smile Storage, a vibrant and iconic piece that stands the test of time with its endless desirability.

Embrace the playfulness and versatility of this design classic, and let its delightful smile brighten up your home with its captivating appeal.

The Kartell Componibili Smile Cabinet adds a playful detail to Anna Castelli Ferrieri's recognisable cylindrical storage design. Its compact proportions make it suitable for bedside storage, children's rooms and contemporary living spaces, while the rounded form works well alongside modern furniture. The sliding compartments provide a practical place to keep smaller everyday items.
