The Soho Lighting Charterhouse Collection 1 Gang Intermediate Toggle Switch is a specialised electrical component finished in aged antique brass. This intermediate switch is designed for use in lighting circuits where three or more switches control the same light, typically found in large rooms, landings, or multi-storey stairwells. The metal plate is plated, brushed, and aged to create a warm, period-correct tone that naturally conceals fingerprints and minor blemishes.

As part of the Charterhouse range, this switch features a screwless faceplate that provides a clean, seamless finish on the wall by hiding all internal fixings. The single toggle lever offers a traditional, tactile action, referencing vintage styles while meeting modern standards. The antique brass finish is intended to coordinate with other interior hardware, such as kitchen handles or door fittings, ensuring a consistent aesthetic throughout high-traffic areas of the home.

The intermediate functionality is essential for complex wiring setups where a light needs to be operated from more than two locations. By combining this technical capability with a luxury screwless design, the Charterhouse collection offers a practical solution that does not compromise on style. It is a durable, high-quality fitting that brings both functional reliability and a refined, classic appearance to any interior design project.
