Fredericia Plan Bar Stool with Metal Legs, Fully Upholstered

The Fredericia Plan Bar Stool with Metal Legs, Fully Upholstered has a softer, more relaxed feel than some of the other versions in the collection, though it still keeps the same compact proportions and clean shape. It’s designed for spaces that move naturally between working, dining and social use, which makes it particularly easy to place in modern interiors. The full upholstery gives it a more comfortable, settled character too, especially in spaces where people are likely to sit for longer.

The tubular steel frame keeps the structure visually light, while the upholstered seat and back bring warmth and texture into the design. There’s a nice balance between the more industrial edge of the metal and the softer feel of the upholstery, so it never comes across as too formal or overly commercial. The seat and back are carefully shaped for comfort and can be upholstered in either fabric or leather depending on the setting.

This is the sort of bar stool that fits into a room very naturally. Around a kitchen island, in restaurants or within collaborative workspaces, it feels practical and comfortable without drawing too much attention to itself. Even with the generous upholstery, the footprint stays fairly compact, which makes a real difference in smaller layouts.
