The Fritz Hansen Cadence Garden Chair, designed by Aurélien Barbry, brings a calm and architectural clarity to outdoor seating. Defined by its clean lines and repeated plank construction, the chair has a simple yet expressive form that feels both modern and timeless, making it well suited to a wide range of outdoor settings.

Crafted from 100% FSC-certified teak, the chair combines durability with a warm, natural character. The horizontal plank at the top of the backrest is a defining feature of the design, giving the chair its distinctive identity while also adding a subtle functional detail. Its balanced proportions allow it to work equally well as a standalone piece or as part of a wider outdoor arrangement.

Over time, the teak will naturally patinate, developing a soft silver-grey tone that enhances its character and individuality. This ageing process is part of the design, allowing the Fritz Hansen Cadence Garden Chair to become more refined as it weathers in outdoor conditions.
