Fritz Hansen Pelagus Garden Sunbed

The Fritz Hansen Pelagus Garden Sunbed is designed for relaxed outdoor living, combining a light, contemporary expression with carefully balanced proportions. Designed in collaboration with Stockholm-based Note Design Studio, the sunbed sits comfortably in both urban and natural settings, offering a calm and inviting place to unwind in the sun.

Crafted from 100% FSC-certified teak, the frame is both expressive and understated, with integrated wooden wheels that make it easy to move and reposition throughout the day. The Sling textile seat introduces a lighter, more modern feel, providing breathable support without visual heaviness. The adjustable backrest offers five positions, allowing you to move easily between sitting, reclining, and fully lying down for complete comfort.

For added versatility, the Pelagus Sunbed can be enhanced with optional teak armrests, providing a practical surface for a book or drink while complementing the slender frame. A tailored sunbed cushion is also available, made from a weatherproof fabric with quick-dry outdoor foam that allows water to pass through while maintaining its shape and support. Over time, the teak will naturally patinate, developing a soft silver-grey tone that enhances its character and individuality.
